Pay Later – Check or money order
If you choose not to pay by credit card, manual payment is only by cashier’s
check, money order, certified check, or school or district purchase order.
If you are enrolling in a course with a fee and you are paying for it
yourself, you must:
- Send payment(s) made out to the agencies listed on the registration
- Mail your payment (cashier’s check, money
order, certified check, no personal checks), made out to Kentucky State Treasurer, with a copy of the confirmation page or confirmation email to:

Pay Later – Purchase Order
If your school or district is paying for your KyEducators.org course,
do NOT complete the online registration form. Call the KyEducators coordinator at
(502) 564-4606 or toll-free (888) 598-7667 for further
instructions. Your school can easily register one or more educators in
KyEducators courses by purchase order.
If you live outside Kentucky, you may pay the Kentucky rate if you are:
- Currently certified to teach in Kentucky and are teaching or
- A college or university teacher education student currently enrolled
in a Kentucky school.
Include the name and address of the school where you work or attend (complete
the Mailing Address fields on the registration form). If you live outside
Kentucky and do not teach or attend school here, you must pay the out-of-state
Refunds are available (minus service fee of $15) within one week after
payment, if the student has not been active in the course.
To request a refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
with your name, address, phone number, userID, class(es) you wish to drop,
reason for withdrawal, and original method of payment. For further help,
call the KyEducators coordinator toll-free at (888) 598-7667.
